We are alsopleased to announce the Availability of specialty Quartz Sleeves used in the Ultra Violet purification of Water, Liquid Products, Food and Air Quality equipment. These Pure sleeves are of the Superior Quality necessary for optimum UV Transmissibility and are competitively priced. We can supply these Domed or open ended Sleeves from as small as 5" in length (127 mm) to a length of 72" (1829 mm) and in various wall thickness. All Quartz Material, Packaging and Fabrication Labor is 100% made in the USA.

All Quartz Sleeves are manufactured on High-Precision Programmable Electronic Lathes that give the repeatability from piece to piece and lot to lot that can not be achieved by the old-fashioned method of human glass blowing. Each piece is manufactured under strict SPC (Statistical Process Control) requirements that have resulted in near-100% acceptance by our Internal Quality Inspectors and 100% Satisfaction by our very demanding Customers. Our Quality is not Inspected-In, but is part of the Manufacturing Cycle that begins with our Suppliers Supplier and ends with your Satisfaction.
